From crowded neighborhoods in Monrovia to remote mountain villages, our teams carry clear biblical truth to places where sound teaching is scarce. Thousands have heard the Gospel, many have responded in faith, and new believers are being discipled every week.
God is moving across Liberia, and we are committed to strengthening churches and planting truth that will shape generations to come.

A Nation with a Remarkable Story
Liberia is one of the most unique nations in Africa. Founded in the early 1800s with support from American leaders—including President James Monroe—it became the oldest standing republic in Africa. Its capital, Monrovia, bears his name. Liberia’s constitution, flag, and government were patterned after the United States, and English remains the official language.

A Nation That Has Suffered Deeply
A 12‑year civil war that finally ended in 2003 left Liberia wounded and impoverished. Even today, the effects of the war are felt in every part of society. The 2014 Ebola outbreak further crippled its fragile economy, and widespread corruption continues to hinder progress. Many communities still struggle with poverty, limited infrastructure, and spiritual instability.

A Nation Full of Promise
Yet Liberia is a place where the Gospel can flourish. Efforts to confront corruption, rebuild communities, and strengthen the economy are growing. Christianity is vibrant and expanding—but much more work is needed to support pastors and churches.

A Region Facing Spiritual Pressure
Across West Africa, Islam is rapidly advancing, and false gospels are spreading. Many Liberian pastors lack theological training and struggle to shepherd their congregations with clarity. Entire communities are spiritually vulnerable, and the next generation faces intense pressure from competing worldviews.

Liberia is a nation where biblical truth can still shape the future. Churches are eager for sound teaching. Young leaders desire training. Communities welcome ministry. And Liberia’s openness, shared language, and historical ties to the United States make it uniquely strategic for Gospel impact across West Africa.

The Children of Liberia
Liberia matters because its people matter.
In many remote villages, children grow up with no electricity, no running water, and little access to biblical teaching. Some have never heard the Gospel or even a simple song about Jesus.
Yet when the truth of Christ is shared, their hearts respond with joy and wonder. These moments remind us that Liberia is a place where the light of the Gospel can still break through with power.
